PRE-ORDER AND SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
*PLEASE NOTE, ALL TRANSACTIONS FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDELINES OUTLINED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS PAGE REFERS SPECIFICALLY TO PRE-ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS.*
A Pre-Order or Special Order product is a product that is purchase in advance of release to the general public. So by purchasing a Pre-Order or Special Order product you are securing that item before it is available to be sent to you.
We list products up to 3 months before their release date. Any product more than 3 months from release is considered a Special Order product. Please see the Special Order section of this policy for further information.
Any and all release dates are subject to change WITHOUT WARNING OR NOTIFICATION. We at Nerdly have no control over a products release date and often don't know the exact date until 1-2 weeks before release, this is why most of our Pre-Order products have a specific month for release instead of a specific day. Changing release dates is part of pre-ordering, therefore refunds requested due to a products release date changing will NOT be honored. Please see our Refund Policy for further information.
Standard shipping charges apply to all Pre-Order and Special Order products. Standard shipping time frames DO NOT APPLY from time of purchase as we cannot send a Pre-Order or Special Order Product until it has been released and we receive it from our supplier. As such, refunds requested due to not receiving a Pre-Order or Special Order product BEFORE it has been released or THE DAY OF release will NOT be honored. Standard shipping time frames apply to all products in and order where a Pre-Order or Special Order product is included in the total invoiced amount, only once the release date has arrived, please see our Shipping Information page for further information regarding our order turn around and shipping times.
Cancellation of and Pre-Order product will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Nerdly will always en devour to do our best for our customers. In the event of an irrevocable issue on our end, a full refund will be given.
A Special Order pertains to the ordering of a product that is more than 3 months away from its estimated release date.
Special Order's must be made directly with Nerdly staff. This can be done via email, Facebook, Instagram or or website messaging service.
All Special Order Products must have a 40% Deposit made upon confirmation between the customer and Nerdly staff of the requested product. Customers will receive an invoice from Nerdly via email for the deposit amount. This deposit must be made in full and IS NOT REFUNDABLE. The requested product will not be ordered until the deposit is made. Please see our Refund Policy page for further information.
Once the deposit has been paid a second invoice for the remaining amount will be sent via email to the customer. This amount is required to be paid in full before the product will be shipped to the customer.
Cancellation for Special Order Products fall under Nerdly's Refund Policies. Please see our Refund Policy for further information. Any refund given will be made via the customers chosen payment method for the full amount less the non-refundable deposit.
